It's the best to understand and stretch the body , you can take the person in 1000 positions to stretch or relax, or do yoga or real sport....
The number of possibilities is amazing, I've been doing acro-balance for 8 years. I also met a lot of people doing acroyoga in my travels, and the possibilities are limitless.
Acro yoga is awesome also for work with a partner on trust , communication ,respect and find the breath with some one.
I propose a class for one week with 2 hours at least every day , I also coach and give periodic class.
